Geraldine goes retro on Friday 16th March as hundreds of classic cars take a cruise around the district and into Geraldine for an afternoon of southern hospitality.
The Village Inn is proud to welcome cruisers with alfresco dining and the smooth sounds of the C Bay Band playing on the Green while Geraldine Auto Restorations will open its doors to interested enthusiasts and the Geraldine Vintage Car and Machinery Museum will keep the gents happy for hours.
For the ladies there is boutique shopping, a plethora of art galleries and great cafes for coffee and cake.
Dedicated parking for cruisers is available in Kennedy Park, off McKenzie St, with walking access to the very centre of town over the Waihi river footbridge.
There will also be ‘vintage taxi’s‘ on hand, provided by the Vintage Car and Machinery Museum, to drive the visitors around town and to the Museum.
