DOC Waihi Gorge Camp Site
Description
Located on the banks of the Waihī River, this campsite is a popular spot surrounded by kahikatea, mataī and lowland tōtara forest. In summer it is a popular swimming spot and fires are allowed.
Less than 1o minutes from Geraldine and 5 mins from Woodbury, this is the perfect spot to feel like you're getting away from it all and yet the takeaway coffee will still be hot when you get back from town!
