Geraldine makes a fantastic base for a family ski holiday with Mt Dobson skifield just a 40 minutes drive from the town.

Mt Dobson has been owned and operated by the Foote family of Fairlie for the past 38 years and they have made it their mission to make this Ski Area the friendliest around. The mountain is managed by Bruce Foote with the assistance of father Peter and his two other sons, Allan and Richard. The business is managed by long time ski industry professional, Mike Smith. Mt Dobson is our “alpine dream” and we want to share it with you.
