The Harcourts Geraldine Festival 2025
Step into a world of inspiration and creativity at The Harcourts Geraldine Arts & Plants Festival, where art and photography, spectacular gardens, music, markets and vibrant heritage charm come together in one unforgettable weekend!
Festival Highlights:
Art, Photography and Floral Exhibitions – Surround yourself in a world of exquisite bursts of colour, contrasting light and shade, deeper meanings highlighted or simply implied; marvel as creators explore boundless inspiration from living creation, bringing it to life on canvas, in print or exploding from a vase for all to enjoy.
Market stalls – Browse the array of delightful clothing, lush plants, unique jewelry, local handcrafts and garden sculptures. Geraldine’s main street and Domain come alive with artisans, musicians and bargain hunters combined. The local volunteer Fire Department, St. John’s Ambulance and Land, Search and Rescue will be on hand to give demonstrations.
Open Gardens Tour – discover secret courtyards, sculpted landscapes, and lovingly tended private gardens, opened specially for the festival. There is always a new one to explore.
Live Music and Local Food – Savor the delicacies from around the region from cultural cuisine to mouth-watering artisan treats all while enjoying live performances from upcoming and established, with something for all tastes.
Off the beaten track the magic begins on foot – as you wander through the main street, the history of buildings announces themselves with a placard, and by the river the Sculpture Trail unfolds to art in nature, like the seasons is as currently on show. There are also plenty of forest walks to explore if you are in the mood.
