Peel Forest Outdoor Centre

The Peel Forest Outdoor Centre is located in a beautiful area in South Canterbury, adjacent to the Rangitata River, Peel Forest Park & Scenic Reserve and at the foothills of the Southern Alps.

We aim to provide opportunities for all to experience, learn and grow. Our safe, affordable and quality outdoor and environmental programmes are designed to educate, challenge and inspire.

Our programmes are tailored to our clients needs (we cater for schools, corporate retreats and private groups) and include a variety of outdoor activities which could include trust and team building activities, low and high ropes, rock climbing/abseiling, white water rafting and kayaking, river rescue skills, bush skills adventures, environmental education and overnight expeditions. We also have the potential to offer mountain/ski days on request during the winter months.
